Mobile app connected to Bitrix24
The standard Bitrix24 app is designed for an office employee. When a screen is needed for a specific role — a courier, an installer, a customer — a separate app is built that pulls data from the portal through the API.
We scope the estimate before the work starts; timelines and warranty go in the contract.
What the work includes
Only the needed screens
A worker sees their tasks, not the whole portal.
Data from the portal
Exchange through the REST API, no second database.
Works offline
Actions are stored locally and sent when the network returns.
Photos and signatures
On-site report, customer signature, geotag — into the deal.
Push notifications
A new task reaches the worker instead of waiting in the portal.
Store publication
We set up the accounts and release to App Store and Google Play.
Who the standard app does not fit
Field workers: an installer or a courier needs three screens and large buttons, not a full CRM. In the standard app they lose time navigating and make mistakes.
Customers: showing them the internal portal is not an option, yet a personal account with order history and statuses is needed. Such an app reads portal data but shows only what a customer should see.
And narrow roles: receiver, storekeeper, surveyor. Each has a scenario that takes twice as many taps in a universal interface.
How the exchange with the portal works
The app keeps no second copy of the database: it talks to Bitrix24 through the REST API and writes where the office works.
Offline is solved with a queue: with no connection the action is stored locally and sent once the network is back. For field workers this is mandatory, otherwise the app is useless on site.
Permissions are enforced on the portal side — the app cannot show more than the role allows.
How we run it
- Roles. Who uses the app and with what scenarios.
- Prototype. Screens and transitions before development.
- Estimate. Price and timeline by stage.
- Development. iOS and Android, exchange with the portal.
- Publication. Stores, testing, handover of sources.
Frequently asked
How much does the app cost?
By scope: number of roles and screens, complexity of the exchange. We split the estimate into stages so you can launch gradually.
Does the portal need rewriting?
No. The app works on top of the existing Bitrix24 through the API.
Will it work without internet?
Yes, where the scenario requires it: actions are stored locally and sent when the connection returns.
Who sets up the developer accounts?
We can, in your company's name — that is a separate service, and store fees are paid directly to Apple and Google.
Do we get the source code?
Yes, with documentation. Any team can continue the project.
