Inventory and products in Bitrix24
When stock lives in a spreadsheet, managers sell what is not there. We put the product catalogue and warehouse into the portal so the stock level is visible inside the deal.
We scope the estimate before the work starts; timelines and warranty go in the contract.
What the work includes
Catalogue in the portal
Products with prices and attributes available in the deal.
Managers see stock
Selling something that does not exist becomes harder.
Reservations
Goods held for a deal do not go to another customer.
Receipts and shipments
Movement recorded by documents, not in chat.
Exchange with accounting
Synchronisation with 1C or another system.
Warehouse app
Receiving and shipping with a scanner in the phone.
What the warehouse module fixes
First, promises to customers. While stock sits in a separate spreadsheet, managers guess delivery dates and let someone down roughly once a week.
Second, reservations. Without them the same item is sold twice and the mess is untangled after payment.
Third, movement records. Receipts and shipments recorded as documents at least make it possible to find where goods went. Verbal arrangements do not.
Linking to the accounting system
The portal does not replace 1C: bookkeeping stays there. The point of the link is that a manager sees current stock and can reserve goods without calling the warehouse.
The exchange runs on a schedule: items and stock go from accounting to the portal, orders and shipments come back.
Separately there is the warehouse app: receiving and shipping with barcode scanning in a phone reduces errors dramatically compared with paper.
How we run it
- Review. What is recorded where today.
- Catalogue. Products, attributes, prices.
- Warehouse. Stock, reservations, movement documents.
- Exchange. Synchronisation with the accounting system.
- Launch. Training storekeepers and managers.
Frequently asked
How much does it cost?
By scope: catalogue size, number of warehouses, whether an exchange with 1C is needed.
Will this replace 1C?
No, and it should not. Bookkeeping stays in the accounting system; the portal covers sales and operational stock.
How many warehouses are supported?
Several, with separate stock levels and transfers between them.
Do we need a barcode scanner?
Not necessarily, but errors drop sharply with one. A phone camera can scan.
What about products without barcodes?
You can print your own labels — configured together with the warehouse process.
